Open Question: Where can I find a list of scholarships that apply to my age, gender, and most of all race?

I'm 17 years old and entering my senior year. I'm passionate about going to a school in southern ohio, however recently my mom's place of employment cut out her retirement plan which really puts a damper on our cash flow. The college I want to go to is going to be about 20,000 a year, and I need to find scholarships that a white female can apply for because right now they are telling me they won't be able to pay for college.
